چکیده

Surface-mounted high-speed permanent magnet motors are known for their small size, high power factor, and reliable control operation. However, these may have low mechanical strength weak tensile in rotor magnet, which necessitates the adoption of an external sleeve protection. Currently, carbon fiber composite sleeves garnering increasing attention durable protective capabilities. Despite apparent benefits sleeves, systematic research on relevant parameters such as winding angle, type, resin tension, curing method is currently lacking literature motors. In this context, paper employs innovative approach, utilizing Taguchi method, National Ordnance Laboratories (NOL) ring failure test, a content to investigate process The results indicate that with angle 45 30° reduced by 20~25% compared pure hoop angle. loss caused manufacturing accounts 30%. When wet tension 130 N, shear decreases 13 12%, respectively, 70 N. dry temperature rise rate 3 min/°C, 16% 1 min/°C. For small-thickness thickness 1.5 mm, two-layer can increase sleeve, while three-layer or more decrease strength. By studying article prepared motor line speed 200 m/s. This study provides comprehensive analysis helpful design performance optimization

Passivity-Based Speed Control for Permanent Magnet Motors

This paper addresses the design, simulation and experimental validation of a Permanent-Magnet Synchronous Motor speed control. The control is based on the passivity strategy; special attention is paid on the stability control issue. SIMNON simulations illustrating the torque and speed response of the motor control are carried out to validate the control strategy. The algorithm control was progr...

A New Hunting Control Method for Permanent Magnet Hysteresis Motors

Hunting is a flutter associated with the synchronous speed that gives rise to the gyro drifting errors and may cause objectionable time-displacement errors in video head wheel drives and other precision scanning systems. In this paper, dynamic characteristics of permanent Magnet hysteresis motors are presented and hunting is explained. New damping techniques have been developed using optimi...

Field Diffusion Equation in High-speed Surface-mounted Permanent Magnet Motors, Parasitic Eddy-current Losses

The authors present a general computation of the time-varying magnetic flux density distribution of high-speed surface mounted permanent magnet (PM) motors (SMPMM). It deals with an analytical model (AM) which is based on a two-dimensional (2-D) analysis in polar co-ordinates and solves the governing Helmholtz/Laplace field equation in the airgap/magnet/rotor yoke regions, with due account of t...

On Permanent Magnet Material Testing

Note describes two experiments made to explore basic properties of permanent magnet (PM) material and to obtain “first hand” experience. In the first experiment, magnetic moments of NdFeB permanent magnets (PM) were fine tuned. The magnetic moment spread among 17 PM magnets was reduced by a factor of 5 from 2.8% to 0.5%. The note describes setup used for magnetization and presents result. The s...
